I’m visiting friends in Leeds and Paris over the coming week. I’m really looking forward to it but at the same time a little bit apprehensive because I want it to go as well as ‘mes rêves’ and anticipations would have it.
I’m scared I won’t see all the people I want to and people will just forget: forget I’m visiting, forget to care, forget we were friends. I guess it’s the standard year abroad problem but this time only half way through the year. It’s amazing how quickly one can loose touch with people and how doing so really shows who the people that don’t let that happen are incredibly valuable friends. I have to wake up in four hours.
