- 1 Acocado
- 1/2 Pound Precooked Tofu
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- salt and pepper

Once it is cold, mix the tofu and the avocado, either by chopping very very finely or through a blender. The blender option is more reliable since it’ll give a more consistent result.
